In the tree-lined neighborhood of Cochran's Crossing, this mid-century modern home has been reworked by hand into something entirely its own: vintage pieces, bright contemporary rooms and arched windows framing mature trees.
The home runs on solar power with whole-home batteries, and its high-efficiency systems include advanced air purification and free EV charging. A wall iPad in the kitchen controls the heated pool and spa with a waterfall, set beneath the canopy. The primary bath has heated floors and a rain shower.
Inside, the living room centers on a gas fireplace, a large 4K TV and a record player. The kitchen has an island, two sinks and professional-grade appliances, with a breakfast table looking out to the pool and a separate dining room. The home sleeps eight: a primary suite with a king bed, and two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a twin bunk.
A refined base for The Woodlands' signature weekends, including IRONMAN Texas, The Woodlands Marathon, The Woodlands Arts Festival and concerts at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.
