A 650 sq ft private suite near the Airpark of Lakeway, designed and built by hand with a quiet nod to flight: an airplane-wing coffee table inside and a wing bar table on the patio. Polished concrete and waterproof plank floors, blackout shades and a restrained palette of white, wood and black set a calm, precise tone.
The compact chef-style kitchen has an induction range and dishwasher, and a washer and dryer are included. The bedroom has a king bed. A Murphy bed and a sofa bed add room for up to four, though the suite is most comfortable for two. The bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Outside, a private patio with lounge seating and a grill looks onto the garden. Covered parking with free EV charging is on site. The suite has its own entrance, about a two-minute walk from the airpark and golf course.
